These general terms and conditions governs your relationship with Torles Anton Bester s.p. when you use our online shop on torles.com.
General
Online sales are performed by Torles Anton Bešter s.p., Podrovnik 30, 4201 Zgornja Besnica, Slovenia (here and hereafter ‘seller’).
The seller is not liable for VAT payment.
Definitions
These general terms of business are subject to definitions defined in the Privacy Policy (https://torles.com/en/privacy-policy/) of this website.
In addition to the definitions defined there, the following applies:
Buyer
Buyer is user who makes a purchase on the website.
User name and password
When registering in the online store system, the visitor gets a user name which is the same as his email address and a password. User name and password are unique identifiers of a user.
Payment methods
The seller offers the following payment methods:
- Transfer to SEPA bank account
- Cash or other payement means at delivery (only available at deliveries to Slovenia)
In this type of payment, parcel delivery provider may charge a commission for handling the money transfer. - Via PayPal
The buyer receives an invoice from the seller. Purchase contract (order) is stored in digital form on the seller’s server.
Prices
Prices do not contain VAT and are the final prices for a particular product. The sum of purchase and postage are visible on request and on the invoice received electronically. Prices are valid at the time of purchase and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above conditions.
Delivery
Purchased items will be delivered to the buyer via post or parcel delivery service. The order will be dispatched no later than 5 working days since purchase. If the seller will not be able to fulfill his obligations, he will inform the buyer. The delivery will be made to the address the buyer has indicated at the time of registration or purchase. If buyer is not available at the time of delivery on address he indicated at registration or purchase, parcel delivery provider’s terms and conditions applies.
Packaging and delivery costs
The packaging and delivery costs are charged according to the weight of the package and are:

Purchase return terms
The EU buyer who made a purchase in the online store can claim the right to withdraw from the contract (order) within 14 days after receiving the goods. In order to withdraw from the contract, he must notify the seller in writing at one of the addresses listed below. He is not obliged to state the reason in the cancellation letter. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller’s address under the conditions set out below within 30 days after notification that he is withdrawing from the contract.
Conditions for cancellation and return of goods are:
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- The return goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Cancellation and return of goods are not possible in the following cases:
- If the product was produced according to the customer’s instructions and tailored to his needs or desires (the product was custom-made by the customer order)
- If the buyer is a business entity of any form (sole proprietors are included). Regardless of its legal form or ownership, it is not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on distance contracts.
When returning goods, the buyer must indicate his bank account, to which the seller will return the purchase price within 15 days of the return. The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with the cancellation of the contract (order) is the direct cost of returning the goods to the seller’s address.
